GraftG lives entirely in WhatsApp. You sign up once on the web, link the mobile number you use for WhatsApp, then just text one number to handle your admin. There is no app to install and no dashboard you have to learn.

Your name and trade, your business name and hourly rate — one screen at a time, built for a phone. Address, bank details and VAT/CIS can be skipped and added later in Settings, and if you get interrupted you carry on where you left off.
Enter the UK mobile number you use for WhatsApp. We send you a one-tap confirmation message — reply YES and you are linked.
Send HELP to see your active tools, then start texting naturally — "45 miles to Birmingham", a job description, or a photo of a receipt.
Hands full? Send a voice note instead — GraftG transcribes it and treats it exactly like a text. "Forty-five miles to the Robinson job" works spoken just as well as typed.
At the end of setup you can ask GraftG to nudge you to log your work — every day (only on days you haven’t logged anything) or once a week. Change or stop them any time in Settings.
