Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GraftG, operated by Green and Home Limited (Company No. 04204020), registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

GraftG provides WhatsApp-based admin tools for UK tradespeople and freelancers, including mileage logging, quote generation, receipt capture, and job tracking. The service is provided "as is" for informational and productivity purposes. We are not a financial adviser, accountant, or tax adviser.

2. Accounts

• You must be aged 18 or over and based in the United Kingdom.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. You may not share or transfer your account.
• You must link a valid UK WhatsApp number to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Products are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Cooling-off period: if you are a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from sign-up to cancel and receive a full refund of any fees paid. By starting to use the service straight away you agree that we supply it during the cooling-off period; where your first month is free, cancelling within 14 days simply means you are never charged. Cancel via the billing portal or by emailing [email protected].
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding payments after reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service in ways not intended.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Share your WhatsApp access with third parties for commercial resale.

5. HMRC and tax data — not tax advice

GraftG provides tools to help you record data that may be relevant to your tax obligations — including HMRC mileage values, VAT figures on receipts and invoices, CIS deduction calculations and statements, and MTD-style exports. These are automated calculations based on the information you supply; they are not tax, legal or accounting advice. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. You remain solely responsible for your tax returns, CIS obligations and compliance with HMRC. Always verify figures with a qualified accountant before filing.

6. AI-generated content

Some features use AI (Anthropic Claude) to extract or generate content from your messages. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated quotes, invoices, or extracted data before relying on or sending them to customers.

7. Data

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your data. We do not sell it.

8. Intellectual property

GraftG, its logo, and all associated software are the property of Green and Home Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, indirect, or consequential losses.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, after giving reasonable notice where possible. You may close your account at any time via the billing portal or by emailing [email protected].

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
