A few taps in Chrome and your dashboard is one tap away on your home screen.

Everything you do in GraftG happens on WhatsApp, but the web dashboard at app.graftg.co.uk is handy for checking invoices, downloading exports and changing settings. Save it to your home screen and it is one tap away, with no Play Store download. Menus vary a little between phones and browser versions, so the wording on yours may be slightly different.
Go to app.graftg.co.uk in Chrome and sign in. Then open the page you want the icon to start on — your dashboard is a good choice — because the icon opens whichever page you were on when you saved it.
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Scroll the menu if you need to and tap Add to Home screen. If your menu shows Install app instead, tap that — it does the same job.
The name is filled in for you — change it to GraftG if you like — then tap Add.
Some phones add the icon straight away; others ask you to tap Add again or to drag the icon to where you want it on the home screen.
Tap the new icon to open your dashboard in Chrome. You may need to sign in the first time.
Tap the menu button (three lines) at the bottom right, choose Add page to, then Home screen, and tap Add.

It is a shortcut to the GraftG web dashboard. There is nothing to install from the Play Store and it is always up to date. Your day-to-day admin still happens on WhatsApp.
Scroll down inside the three-dot menu — it is usually below Bookmarks and History. Make sure you are in Chrome itself rather than a page opened inside another app; if the page was opened from a link in WhatsApp or email, tap the menu and choose Open in Chrome first.
Press and hold the icon on your home screen and choose Remove. It does not affect your GraftG account or any of your data.
