How it works

Text something like "Quote for John Smith, fit new bathroom, 3 days labour, £250 tiles, £80 fixtures". GraftG's AI parses the customer name, line items and prices, generates a branded PDF quote (using your business name, VAT number and bank details), and sends it back via WhatsApp.

Quote number, valid-for-30-days, itemised lines, subtotal/VAT/grand total, payment terms — everything an accountant would tick.

Use your hourly rate

Set your hourly rate once in settings. GraftG calculates labour costs (8-hour day) automatically when you mention "days" or "hours".

Frequently asked questions

Can I take a deposit when the quote is accepted?

Yes, on Pro. Reply ACCEPT with the quote number and a percentage — ACCEPT 0017 DEPOSIT 30 — and GraftG raises the deposit invoice now. When the job is done, reply ACCEPT 0017 again and it invoices the balance.

Can I start tracking the job from the quote?

Yes. Text START JOB and the quote number and the job opens with the customer and quoted price filled in. When you end it, GraftG shows the quote against what the job actually took.
