Text "Invoice Mrs Patel, replaced radiator, 3 hours labour, £85 radiator" for a quick job, reply ACCEPT with the quote number when a customer says yes to a quote, or track a bigger job — "Start job: Smith, 14 Oak Street, bathroom refit", materials as you buy them, then END JOB and INVOICE. Every route ends with a numbered PDF invoice in the chat.
Your business name, the customer, numbered lines, VAT if you are registered, the total and the due date, and a labelled payment block: account name, sort code, account number, account type and the invoice number as the reference. On Pro you can add your logo and colours. Invoice numbers run on without gaps.
