You do the work. GraftG does the awkward "any news on that invoice?" emails.
When an invoice passes its due date, GraftG emails the customer in your name: a friendly nudge at 1 day overdue, a polite follow-up at 7, a firm reminder at 14, and a final reminder at 21 days. Customers you mark as a business get a final notice citing the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998; homeowners get a firm reminder without it, because that Act only covers business-to-business debts. Each step sends once — no spam.
Nothing is sent until you switch payment reminders on in Settings. Mark the invoice paid in WhatsApp (reply PAID and the number) — or let the pay-online link mark it paid automatically — and the chasing stops instantly. To leave one invoice alone, text STOP CHASING and its number, or tap "Stop chasing" on the invoices page.
Switch review requests on and, once an invoice is paid, GraftG emails the customer asking for an honest Google review — twice at most, a week apart. Every customer is asked the same way, and every email has an unsubscribe link that GraftG always honours.
