Everything that makes your invoices right — your hourly rate, bank details, VAT number, business name and logo — can be seen and changed straight from WhatsApp. Text SETTINGS for a snapshot with anything missing flagged, then fix each gap with one reply. GraftG also gives you a gentle one-line reminder at the moment a gap matters (for example, an invoice going out with no bank details) — never more than once a week per item.
Text SETTINGS. You get your rate, business name, bank details (account number masked), VAT status, logo, address and accountant email — with ❌/⚠️ flags and the exact reply that fixes each one.
Reply BANK and answer four quick questions — the name on the account, sort code, account number, personal or business. From then on every invoice shows a proper labelled payment block, with the invoice number as the reference.
RATE 45 sets your hourly rate. VAT GB123456789 switches VAT on with your number (VAT OFF switches it off). BUSINESS Smith Plumbing, NAME Tom Scales, ACCOUNTANT [email protected] and EMAIL [email protected] all work the same way.
On Pro, just send a photo of your logo — GraftG asks "is this your logo?" and a YES puts it on every quote and invoice.

A VAT invoice without a VAT number is not a valid VAT invoice. If you are set as VAT-registered but have no valid number saved, GraftG issues documents WITHOUT VAT and nudges you to add the number — reply VAT GB123456789.
No — business, bank and VAT settings belong to the account owner. Team members can see their own name and rate with SETTINGS.
