The Quote Builder turns a plain-text description into a professional, branded PDF quote — with your business name, VAT number, line items and totals. When the customer says yes, you turn the quote into an invoice with one reply.
Text something like "Quote for John Smith, fit new bathroom, 3 days labour, £250 tiles, £80 fixtures". GraftG parses the customer, line items and prices.
You get a branded PDF quote back in WhatsApp within seconds, with a quote number and 30-day validity. Labour is priced from your hourly rate (an 8-hour day) when you mention days or hours.
When the customer agrees, reply ACCEPT followed by the quote number (e.g. ACCEPT 0042) and GraftG turns it into an invoice.
