Text your miles. We do the HMRC maths.
The Mileage Logger turns a quick text into an HMRC-compliant mileage record. It uses the official AMAP rates — 45p per mile for your first 10,000 business miles each tax year, then 25p — and handles the 6 April tax-year boundary for you. As with everything GraftG calculates, the figures are based on what you log and are not tax advice — you remain responsible for your own return.
Text the miles and a short description, e.g. "45 miles to Birmingham client" or "drove 80 miles to Screwfix". GraftG logs it and replies with your month-to-date total and HMRC value.
Prefer postcodes? Text something like "site visit SG14 to RG1" and GraftG works out the distance for you — no need to check the odometer.
Reply MILES REPORT for this month, MILES LAST MONTH for the previous one, or MILES YEAR for your tax-year-to-date total and HMRC value.

Yes. You can export a CSV (date, miles, description, HMRC pence) per month or per tax year from app.graftg.co.uk/mileage.
GraftG looks up both postcodes and calculates a road-realistic distance. You can always send exact miles instead if you prefer.
