How invoices work on GraftG

From accepted quote or finished job to a paid invoice.

Start free trial All guides

Invoices come from two places — an accepted quote or a finished job — and share one running number sequence. You can list them and mark them paid without leaving WhatsApp.

Create from a quote

Reply ACCEPT followed by the quote number (e.g. ACCEPT 0042). GraftG generates the invoice PDF.

Create from a job

Finish a job with END JOB, then reply INVOICE to generate the invoice from the logged labour and materials.

Track and settle

Reply INVOICES to see recent invoices, and PAID followed by the number (e.g. PAID 0042) once it is settled.

Commands

INVOICES
List your recent invoices
ACCEPT <number>
Turn an accepted quote into an invoice
PAID <number>
Mark an invoice as paid

FAQ

Can customers pay online?

A secure pay-now link can be included on invoices. If you do not see one yet, it is being switched on — your invoices still send and track normally in the meantime.

Are invoices numbered automatically?

Yes. All invoices share a single sequential number, whether they came from a quote or a job.

Where are my bank details shown?

Invoices include the sort code and account number from your Settings, so customers can pay by transfer.
