From accepted quote or finished job to a paid invoice.
Invoices come from two places — an accepted quote or a finished job — and share one running number sequence. You can list them and mark them paid without leaving WhatsApp.
Spotted something just after sending? Reply with the fix — "£5 parking", "parking is £5", "remove parts", "make it 2 hours" or "it’s for Mrs Smith" — and GraftG updates the same invoice and sends the corrected PDF. Later on, use CHANGE and the invoice number, e.g. "CHANGE 0001 £5 parking". Paid invoices can’t be changed.
Done a small job? Text "Invoice Mrs Jones, replaced tap, 1 hour labour, £35 parts" (or "Create an invoice for Mrs Jones, …") and GraftG raises the invoice there and then — your bank details, CIS (if you use it) and payment terms included. Add "7 days" or "on receipt" on the end for one-off terms. On the website, use + New invoice on the Quotes & Invoices page.
Reply ACCEPT followed by the quote number (e.g. ACCEPT 0042). GraftG generates the invoice PDF.
Finish a job with END JOB, then reply INVOICE to generate the invoice from the logged labour and materials.
Reply INVOICES to see recent invoices, and PAID followed by the number (e.g. PAID 0042) once it is settled. MARK 0042 PAID and INVOICE 0042 PAID do the same thing — use whichever comes naturally.

Yes. All invoices share a single sequential number, whether they came from a quote or a job.
Invoices include the sort code and account number from your Settings, so customers can pay by transfer.
