GraftG does the awkward chasing, so you don’t have to.
Two things tradespeople hate doing: chasing late payers and asking for reviews. GraftG (on the Pro plan) does both automatically by email, in your name. Both need the customer’s email address in your customer book — add it once and everything else is hands-off.
When an invoice goes past its due date, GraftG emails the customer an escalating sequence: a friendly note at 1 day overdue, a polite follow-up at 7, a firm reminder at 14, and a final notice at 21 days (citing the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998). Each step is sent once. If we don’t have the customer’s email, you get a "chase this" prompt instead.
When an invoice is marked paid, GraftG sends the customer up to three short review requests — on the day, 3 days later, and a final one a week after payment. Set your Google review link in Settings to switch this on.
Nothing day-to-day. Just make sure your customer book has the customer’s email (GraftG remembers it from quotes and jobs), and add your Google review link at app.graftg.co.uk/settings.
They are sent by GraftG on your behalf and signed with your business name, with a small "Sent by GraftG" note at the bottom.
Mark the invoice paid (reply PAID and the number, or it happens automatically when they pay online) and the reminders stop.
In Google Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews" and copy the short link. Paste it into Settings at app.graftg.co.uk/settings.
Both chasers are included on the Pro plan (£24/month).
