Branding puts your own logo and accent colour on every quote and invoice PDF, so your documents look like they came from your business — not a generic template. Custom branding is included in the Pro plan (£24/month); Solo PDFs carry your business name, VAT number and bank details.
Go to app.graftg.co.uk/settings and find the Branding card.
Add a PNG or JPG logo. It appears at the top of your quotes and invoices.
Choose a colour to match your brand. It is used for headings and accents on your PDFs.
In the header of every quote and invoice PDF you generate, alongside your business name.
A PNG or JPG works best. A clear, reasonably high-resolution image looks sharpest on the PDF.
