Plain English, deliberately. These sit alongside our standard terms, which still apply.
Last updated: 14 September 2026. The programme is run by Green and Home Limited (trading as GraftG), Belfry House, Bell Lane, Hertford, SG14 1BP. Words like “we” and “us” mean Green and Home Limited; “you” means the person whose application we approved.
The programme has up to 20 places. Applying does not guarantee a place. We choose on trade mix, how much work you do and what you tell us, and we reply to everyone within 48 hours. A place is personal to you and your GraftG account and cannot be transferred or sold.
From the day your account is approved and linked, you get Pro-level access to GraftG at no charge for 12 months. No card is needed to start. Standard usage charges that are not subscription fees — for example the 0.8% platform fee on invoices your customers pay online through GraftG — still apply, exactly as they do for every other user.
When your free year ends you can subscribe to any GraftG plan at 50% off its standard monthly price at that time, and that discount stays on your account for as long as you keep an active subscription (“for the life of the account”). It is applied automatically as a discount at checkout. The discount is against our standard published prices, which may change; the current introductory prices are not guaranteed for life, only the 50% reduction. If you cancel and come back later, the discount is reapplied on request.
Your account becomes free for life — no subscription fee, Pro-level access — if either of the following happens: (a) five people you referred using your GraftG referral link or code become paying subscribers (their first paid invoice is settled and not reversed within 30 days); this is applied automatically. Or (b) you send us a video testimonial and we go on to use it publicly; whether a video is used is entirely at our discretion, and we will tell you when we decide. Free for life means free of subscription fees for as long as the GraftG product exists and your account is in good standing; usage charges such as the platform fee still apply.
Around 30 days in, we will ask you on WhatsApp for a couple of honest lines about what GraftG has changed for you. You can say no, or say nothing. Bug reports are welcome and appreciated but not required. Nothing in the programme requires you to say anything positive.
If you give us a written or video testimonial and reply YES when we ask to use it, you give Green and Home Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it — with your first name and trade, and for video your likeness and voice — on the GraftG website, in advertising and on social media, in any country. You can withdraw that consent for future use at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will stop new uses within 30 days, though material already printed or published in adverts that have run may not be recallable. Withdrawing consent does not affect a free-for-life unlock you have already been given. We keep a record of your consent for as long as the testimonial is in use.
We can withdraw a place, and the benefits with it, if the account is used in breach of our standard terms (for example abuse of the referral scheme or of other users), or if the account is completely unused — no messages to GraftG, no logins — for 60 consecutive days. We will message you before withdrawing a place for inactivity. Your data stays available for export for 14 days after any withdrawal, and longer where UK tax law requires us to retain records.
The standard referral scheme (section 12 of our terms) applies to the people you refer: they get the extended trial. Your reward as a founding member is the free-for-life unlock in section 4 above, in place of the free months that the standard scheme pays out. The standard scheme’s fair-use and clawback rules apply.
None of the benefits has a cash value, and none can be exchanged or transferred. We may change or close the programme for new applicants at any time. Benefits already granted to you — the free year, the 50% discount and any free-for-life unlock — are not affected by a change to the programme, but may be withdrawn under section 7.
